This tropical sour is fermented with a combination of Lactobacillus and Kveik yeast. We throw in Sorachi ace & Azzaca hops & a load of pineapple chunks for good measure.
The result is a sun drenched holiday in beer form that can be cranked up a notch by lobbing in a shot of your favourite coconut liqueur… Thus creating the legendary Mali-Bomb™
