This is an imperial stout brewed with cacao and pandan leaves. Fermented with wild Brettanomyces and then aged on black cedar wood. With hits of roasted coffee and chocolate, parma violet and farmyard funk from the yeast. Hints of leather and tobacco from the cedar wood and a dry lasting tanic finish, This is a robust and complex beer, aged for 2 years. Limited edition just 100 bottles available
